  • Am I sharing the space with someone else?

    We offer our guests staying in comfortable fully equipped apartments, which you have for your exclusive use. 


    Only public areas outside of the apartments are shared, like parking, staircase, first floor corridor, etc. 

  • What amenities are included at Gate To Verona?

    All the apartments have fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and comfortable living area with large TV. 


    Each apartment has also outside sitting area on a terrace (apt 2 Deluxe has a private garden and a porch). 


    On the kitchen you would also find Nescafe coffee machine and some coffee capsules for your breakfast, as well as tea, sugar, oil, vinegar and salt, some small things for your rest and comfort.

  • How far are the properties from the city centre?

    Via Mantovana 98A: about 5 km from the Arena di Verona.

    • By car/taxi: approx. 12–18 min
    • By public transport: approx. 20–30 min

    Via Arno: about 4 km from the Arena di Verona.

    • By car/taxi: approx. 10–20 min
    • By public transport: approx. 15–25 min 

    Travel times may vary depending on traffic and bus schedules.

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    Yes, we have free parking spaces available for guests.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM (10:30 AM for Via Arno). 


    If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Are the properties pet friendly?

    Absolutely Paws-itively Pet Friendly!


    A small fee for the final cleaning may apply. Please let us know in advance.

  • Can we see your apartments?

    Yes, we have a youtube channel to showcase each of our apartment.

  • Are there any house rules or guidelines we should be aware of?

    • Smoking is not allowed.
    • Parties/events are not allowed.
    • Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00 as well as 13:00 and 15:00.
    • Pets are allowed on request. Charges may apply.

  • Do the prices here include everything?

    The prices on the site include everything regarding the stay of selected number of people during the chosen period.


    However, if you need something extra (additional person, bed or crib, dog stay, etc) - this should be paid additionally.


    Also there is a Tourist Tax payment according to the current rules of Commune di Verona due on your arrival, currently it is 3.50 EUR per adult person (15+ yo) per night.
